The potential noise impact was identified on existing railway lines to the rear of the proposed development, and an existing council storage depot.

This project was a residential regeneration of Fieldhead Estate, involving demolition of existing housing stock and construction of 140 new residential units in a phased programme as part of a social housing scheme.
