BSP Role:	Preparation of a Flood Risk Assessment in accordance with PPG 25 for a new Residential development.
Technical Features:	Determination of the extent of the 1:100 year flood outline into the site using our 3D ground modelling software. Detailed analysis of the existing surface water runoff from the undeveloped site using the latest Suds guidance and the Windes Modelling Suite. Drainage feasibility study for the new development, identifying minimum floor levels and volumes of attenuation required to meet the Environment Agency's requirements.
