BSP Role:	Design, and detailing of the Civil Engineering elements of the project including highways, drainage, and external works designs. Design and detailing of the Structural Engineering elements of the project including, foundation designs and superstructure design.
Technical Features:	Sustainability is the driving force behind the technical features of this project. A permeable paved road has been specified. The surface water discharges from the site are to watercourse. Rainwater recycling has been incorporated into the surface system. Foundation and superstructure design and detailing. Retaining wall design and detailing.
Site Issues:	Site is a Greenfield site. The site is bounded by horse pastureland and as such the boundary treatments were specific and very limited.
