BSP Role:	Design, and detailing of the Civil Engineering elements of the project including highways, drainage, and external works designs. Design and detailing of the Structural Engineering elements of the project including, foundation designs and superstructure design.
Technical Features:	Roads and Highway Drains to be adopted by Sheffield City Council under a Section 38 Agreement. Sewers to be adopted by Yorkshire Water under a Section 104 Agreement. An Existing Sewer to be diverted and agreed with Yorkshire Water under a S185 Agreement. Private Sewers and Private levels to be approved by Sheffield City Council - Building Control. Foundation and superstructure design and detailing. Retaining wall design and detailing.
Site Issues:	Site layout is unconventional. Large fall in levels across site.
