Project Description:	Construction of a distribution warehouse for office equipment and consumables together with an office to house the administration function.

BSP Role:	Traffic and Transportation, Flood risk and Civil and Structural Engineering of the building, externals and local road interface.
Technical Features:	This scheme required BSP to work with the Client and Architect to bring forward a scheme from inception to completion. BSP initially assisted with pre planning issues regarding traffic impact and flood risk assessment. The scheme incorporates a number of green technologies such as rain water harvesting, a SuDS surface water attenuation scheme, innovative translucent wall panelling, cycle lanes, bus stops and cycle storage. A BREEAM rating of very good was achieved on this scheme.
