To design and detail the civil engineering elements of the project, including highways, drainage, external works, retaining walls and flood risk analysis.
To provide advice and example details for structural aspects during the design and pricing stage.

Roads to be adopted by Norfolk County Council under a Section 38 Agreement although road layouts are unconventional.
Sewers adopted by Anglian Water under a Section 104 Agreement and discharged into a Drainage Board Watercourse.
Sewer to be discharged into.
Retaining wall design and detailing.
Flooding risk issues to be agreed with the Environment Agency

| Site Issues:

Site layout is unconventional.
Site remediation due to contamination. Remediation strategy consists partly of 'Dig and Dump' for the hot spots and then raising site levels as a barrier for residual contamination.
Site located adjacent to the Puny Drain which outfalls into the tidal River Ouse. It is also adjacent to the River Nar. Kings Lynn has a history of flooding.
