Construction of a 19,500 sq ft purpose-built showroom and workshop for John Deere traders, beside the A17 at Swineshead, near Boston, in Lincolnshire. The building featured a steel portal frame on a vibro piled foundation, while the walls combined traditional masonry and cladding and curtain walling to the showroom.
