Engineers at BSP Consulting are working on three developments with Persimmon Homes in Northamptonshire.
The first, at Weldon Park, Corby, is a residential and commercial scheme, which also features a school and a local centre. BSP has been appointed to design the spine road for the site and undertake earthworks cut and fill design.
The second development at Park Campus, Northampton, is a large residential scheme. BSP has been involved in pre-planning work for Persimmon Homes and Taylor Wimpey, including drainage designs and section 278 agreement works on a road junction.
In addition, BSP has recently been appointed to design a spine road and roundabouts on a 3,000-home development at Dallington Grange, Northampton.
